Machine and Fixture Design

The purpose of our Machine and Fixture Design division is to develop ways, in tooling or equipment, to aid in the manufacture, assembly or transfer of product in the most cost effective manner.

During our history we have developed a piece of equipment that automatically or manually dispenses protective film for the auto sector. This same concept can be modified for a variety of applications where surface finish protection is a priority.

Another product developed and time tested are our air tool holders which provide tool protection and easy access for assembly line situations.

Our in-house design staff, working in conjunction with customer technicians, develop and test concepts leading to factory implementation all which comply with OSHA regulations.
