At GFW Technologies Inc., our CWB certified welders are able to work on N299.4 nuclear tooling components. Whether it is welding, cutting, bending or assembling, there’s no job too small or too big we cannot deliver on with the assurance of quality inspections to meet and exceed safety standards.
Our full-service machining shop features the equipment to create custom fabrication and welding projects or production-style welding solutions for multiple parts. We have a crane capacity that can lift up to 1000 lbs., and a Pangborn Rotoblast table to shot blast parts for surface preparation prior to coating. We also partner with local laser cutting and waterjet cutting shops to be able to provide full-service turnkey welding solutions.
Welding for Nuclear Industries
We have certified Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) welders in accordance with Canadian Standards Association (CSA) on staff at all times. Our trusted welding experts are N299.4 compliant and have the skill to practice within the nuclear tooling industry, certified in the highly specialized Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), and Manual Metal Arc (MMA) welding procedures.
